Our fonts and design assets are digital files, delivered instantly after payment. Because a downloaded file can’t be “returned”, we handle refunds like this:
When we refund
- Faulty or broken files — if a file won’t install or open and we can’t fix it within 7 days, we refund you in full.
- Bought the same font twice — we refund the duplicate order.
- Wrong license — if you bought the wrong license by mistake, we’ll switch you to the right one and refund or charge the difference, within 14 days of purchase.
When we can’t refund
Once the files have been downloaded and work correctly, we can’t refund a change of mind. Every font has a free test drive on its page, and many have a free personal-use version, so you can try it with your own text before buying.
How to ask for a refund
Send us a message through our contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Returns and shipping
There is nothing to ship or return: all products are digital downloads, available in your account under My fonts right after payment. Delivery is free and instant worldwide.
